Elizabeth Stout has won the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction for her novel Olive Kitteridge.  This novel has thirteen linked tales from Strout which present a penetrating portrait of ordinary coastal Mainers living lives of quiet grief intermingled with flashes of human connection.
